OpenVPN Connect (Windows) • error fetching profile from url [12045]

I created Free Private VPN In The Oracle Cloud. (https://blogs.oracle.com/developers/pos ... acle-cloud)
I can connect to the VPN from my phone (Android) OpenVPN Connect 3.4.1 and everything works fine.
But when I try to connect from a computer Windows 11 23H2, OpenVPN-2.6.9-I001 I get the error Error fetching profile from URL: [12045] Invalid or invalid certificate authority
Tell me how to solve this problem?
